Commercial Account Manager

About the role

  • Offer focus: plan monthly schedule to share with the team; upload, screen, edit and test all copy, links and offer codes to ensure the best user experience
  • Create fun and engaging offer copy to a high standard ensuring everything is grammatically correct
  • Lead efforts in brand partner performance to ensure all campaigns are optimized and capitalize on any relevant promotions
  • Work with the commercial team to conduct competitor research and identify new partner opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate reps from Awin, CJ, Webgains etc. and direct merchants
  • Oversee and monitor campaign performance, react fast when a campaign is underperforming and develop strategies to improve it
  • all actions are added to PM system with assignee and deadlines
  • Manage invoicing in coordination with the finance team
  • Provide clear performance reporting internally and externally
  • Create and maintain necessary documentation
  •  Work with Junior Account Executive to ensure the shared drive is kept up to date with documents including creative, IO and order forms
  • Support the customer service team by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Liaise with the marketing team regarding internal and external communications, marketing calendar and overall goals
  • Refine and help the overall offer and affiliate marketing strategy
  • Establish yourself as the Get My Slice sales representative for named Affiliate Networks.
  • Responsible for identifying and securing agreements with affiliate networks and their clients.
  • Set up and run new business sales meetings and calls with Affiliate Networks in order to bring new brands on to the app.
  • Maintain an accurate account of the staff and team structure within the Affiliate Networks and their account base. 
  • Participate in Client Success calls and meetings to ensure you and your colleagues are sharing a common message with the market
  •  Be the escalation point for the Affiliate networks within your portfolio to address and resolve issues that occasionally arise. 
  • Accurately maintain the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring it reflects the work you are doing.

Marketing Assistant

About the role

  • Support the Marketing Team in delivering the marketing strategy to meet KPIs
  • Create high quality creative and written content for various digital platforms including website, email and social media
  • Develop and manage social media content schedule to grow multiple channels
  • Support the website management and optimisation in terms of writing engaging, consistent content including regular blogposts as well as implementing SEO and page structure improvements with technical help from website developer
  • Adhering to the brand guidelines and brand voice across the board and updating as needed to ensure user experience is consistent
  • Assisting with delivering campaigns across different media including TV and digital
  • Supporting the team with larger projects and areas of growth
  • Managing the marketing folder on Google drive and keeping marketing calendar up to date
  • Ad hoc tasks and other administrative support including reporting and analysis to assist with the efficient running of the department as and when needed

Desirable

  • Educated to degree level
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite including Google Drive, Sheets and Docs.

  • Understanding of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Customer service skills
  • Video editing skills
